Do i have to pay multiple shipping costs for several orders?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the number of items you have in your basket. All orders are shipped using Royal mail, using a variety of different services. Orders are calculated based on size and weight. Fashionlegs® then provide the cheapest option to post your items in a timely fashion.
I would like to cancel my order
Orders can be cancelled by calling our Callcentre directly on +44 1928 508 888 or email We do however work to send your shipment out as quickly as possible and in many cases your order will be processed immediately after we receive your order. As a result your order cannot be cancelled. You can however return the delivery after you receive it.
How high are the postage costs?
Postage costs are based upon how many items you order. You can always calculate your postage costs by viewing your shopping basket after adding your items. We offer a variety of postage services using Royal Mail.
When will my item be delivered?
Most items are shipped within 24 hours from receiving your order. Items are sent standard 1st class or you can choose a tracked service by viewing your basket before checkout.
Do you deliver abroad?
Fashionlegs® are a UK based company, but we’re happy to say we ship worldwide to most countries.
My name / address has changed.
You can easily change your name and address online in the ‘My Account’ area. Providing you’ve created a free account with Fashionlegs®.
Can i return goods and who pays for this?
Yes, you can return delivered goods, without having to give a reason, within the return period of 7 days. Providing items have not been opened from there original packaging or deemed to have been opened. Fashionlegs® does not offer a free return policy. Once we receive your return items we will offer a full refund within 7 working days.
Where do i send complaints about product defects?
If you have a complaint regarding any of your products purchased from our online shop (despite our careful quality control). Please return your products with a short note explaining your complaint. Your returned products will be subjected to a careful examination by our quality control department. And a full refund or replacement items will be given. Please note it is only possible to make complaints about products you have purchased from our online shop.
Where can i see the available sizes?
The sizes available for each respective product can be found directly in the product page to the right of the ‘Add to Basket’ button. You can also click on the ‘Sizing & Care’ link in the footer of every page.
How high is the minimum order value?
Fashionlegs® does not have a minimum order value.
How long does the delivery take?
Using the normal Royal Mail 1st Class service orders are generally posted within 24 hours of receiving your order. Order from within the UK, Royal Mail aim to deliver 93% of 1st Class mail the next working day after posting. But this is not guaranteed. Royal Mail deliver to Europe in 3 to 5 working days on receipt of package and the rest of the world in 5 to 7 working days.
Payments by credit card or debit card
We accept: Euro/Mastercard, Visa and Visa Debit. We do not store your credit or debit card information. Payments are captured directly on our payment gateway partners site (Barclays Bank) using the highest level bank grade SSL encryption. Your full details are transmitted encoded via SSL-Servers using 256-bit encryption where possible. Payments can also be made using PayPal. Again payments are taken via the PayPal website using the same level of encryption.
What are cookies and why are they used?
Cookies are small data sets which are stored on your computer hard drive by websites, in order to guarantee recognition when you visit websites again. This is a common application which enhances service and comfort for the user. You can deactivate the saving of cookies at any time by adjusting the settings in your browser. In order to be able to submit an order with Fashionlegs® you must permit cookies to be saved by your browser. This allows your shopping basket to be kept available.
